Moderate to severe femoropatellar arthrosis with osteophytes and joint space narrowing. The patella remains in a good anatomic position relative to the femur.

Slight degenerative changes of the lateral compartment with osteophytes.

Significant left medial femorotibial joint narrowing. Lateral and femoropatellar compartments are also, but less severely, involved. Osteophytes can be seen.
