71-year-old male:
Fall with the shoulder in abduction and extension.

Glenohumeral dislocation

Bone displacement

The humeral head is anteriorly dislocated compared to the geloid. It is now in front of the "Y" on the transscapular view.

Coracoid process

The humeral head is now inferior to the coracoid process.

Hill-Sachs fracture

Bone deformity

Depression fracture of the supero lateral portion of the humeral head (Hill-Sachs' fracture).

Glenoid

We can look at the glenoid rim which appears to be intact.
