Calcaneus comminuted intra-articular fracture, slightly displaced. A first fracture line originates from the posterior articular facet.
Second fracture line
Calcaneus fracture
Linear hypodensity
A second fracture line starts well beneath the facet and extends posteriorly through the calcaneal tuberosity. It is an Essex-Lopresti tongue-type fracture.
Böhler angle
Böhler angle is reduced to 25°, compared to 42° on the normal side.
Gissane's angle
Gissane's angle is slightly increased to 109°, compared to 106° on the normal side.
