65-year-old female:
Pain following a direct fall on the right elbow.

Olecranon fracture

Linear hypodensity

Olecranon comminuted fracture.

Diastasis

Displacement measurement

Diastasis of the main parts estimated at 15 mm but difficult to assess precisely because of the comminution. The triceps is responsible for this proximal displacement of the proximal part of the olecranon.

Humeroulnar alignment

This fracture is instable because of the important comminution of ulna articular surface. It is a Mayo type 2b fracture.

Intra-articular swelling

Hypodense zone

Intra-articular effusion.

Lateral epicondylar fracture

Condyle fracture

A lateral epicondylar fracture would be here.

Medial epicondylar fracture

Condyle fracture

A medial epicondylar fracture would be here.
