In the past 3 months (compare to previous study), important femoral head collapse and progression of the degenerative changes, compatible with a grade 4 avascular necrosis according to Arlet and Ficat.

Heterotopic calcification

Linear hyperdensity

Small heterotopic calcifications on the lateral aspect of the right coxofemoral joint. When big, they can sometimes limit joint motion but here, they probably don't have any clinical repercussion.
