Supracondylar fracture

Linear hypodensity

Distal humerus supracondylar fracture with a posterior tilt, intact posterior cortex and no rotation of the distal fragment. This is thus a Gartland type 2a fracture.

Sail sign

The posterior and anterior sail signs are visible here.

Anterior humeral line

The anterior humeral line passes in front of the capitulum ossification nucleus (the line should normally go through its center).

Humerus tilt

Angulation measurement

Distal humerus anterior angulation is decreased to 15° (normally at 30°).

Teardrop

The teardrop is clearly interrupted.
