52-year-old female:
Pain after a fall on the left shoulder.

Acromioclavicular luxation

Bone misalignment

Left clavicule completely separated from the acromion and increased coraco-clavicular distance.

Displacement measurement

Superior displacement of the left clavicle with a coracoclavicular distance measured at 15 mm as opposed to 11 mm on the right side, meaning a 36% displacement. This is thus a grade 3 acromioclavicular dislocation.

Scapular fracture

Linear hypodensity

Radioluscient fracture line at the basis of the coracoid process. As the injury is proximal to the coracoclavicular ligament, it is considered an Ogawa type 1 fracture.
