21-year-old female:
Progressive left hip pain in a patient known for juvenile psoriasic arthritis.

Coxa magna

Bone deformity

Wider left femoral head (coxa magna), probably secondary to previous inflammatory bouts of psoriasic arthritis.

Osteophytes

Coxarthrosis

Linear hyperdensity

On the lateral view, posterior femoral head marginal osteophytes can be seen.

Joint space reduction

Coxarthrosis

Joint space narrowing

Irregular narrowing of the left joint space.

Acetabular remodeling

Left acetabular dysplasia with incomplete coverage of the femoral head.

Avascular necrosis

Linear hypodensity

On the lateral view, a subcortical hypodensity (crescent sign) can be seen at the top of the femoral head, suggestive of an Arlet and Ficat stage 3 avascular necrosis.

Sacroiliac erosion

Left sacroiliac joint irregular middle portion, on the iliac side, which could be an old erosion that is now sclerotic, without joint space narrowing or bony ankylosis.

Normal right hip

Right hip is normal.

Normal right sacroiliac

Right sacroiliac joint is normal.
