Linear hypodensity

Trabecular pattern disruption of the distal cuboid corresponding to an impacted fracture, often describded as the "nutcracker fracture".

2nd metatarsal alignment

Alignment of the medial border of the 2nd metatarsal with the intermediate cuneiform is normal on the anteroposterior view.

4th metatarsal alignment

Normal alignment of the medial border of the cuboid with the medial border of the fourth metatarsal on the oblique view.
