65-year-old male:
Pain after falling on the shoulder.

Proximal humerus fracture

Bone deformity

There is a fracture of the greater tuberosity with minimal lateral displacement. The humeral head remains in place in the glenoid cavity.

Displacement measurement

The greater tuberosity is displaced 2 mm laterally.

Humeral head alignment

On the transscapular view, the humeral head is centered on the "Y" formed by the scapula, indicating that the humeral head is adequately positioned within the glenoid cavity.
