Slightly displaced left femur sub capital fracture.

Angulation measurement

Slight impaction causing a 5° valgus angulation on the anteroposterior view. This is therefore a Garden 2 type fracture.

Angulation measurement

Slight 5° posterior impaction on the lateral view compatible with a Garden 2 type fracture. We know that the displacement is posterior because the lesser trochanter is posterior to the femur diaphysis.
